Facilities
Bathrooms, picnic tables, trash cans, and doggie bags are available. Dogs need to be on a leash and dog waste needs to be picked up and thrown away. Trash needs to be taken and the area needs to be cleaned up to keep neighborly of other park users.
Alcohol is allowed but they must be self-contained with a responsible adult monitoring & no glass is allowed.
No decorations can be affixed to the walls, windows, floor, doors or any surface of the facility. Decorations should be free-standing or confined to tables during the event. Our furniture is in assigned positions & cannot be moved without prior approval.
All reservation requests must be for the current calendar year.
Note:
Park Pavilion Cancellations will not receive a refund, unless cancellation is made in writing 30+ days in advance of activity date. A $10 administrative fee is withheld from the refund. Refunds are not given for inclement weather conditions.
Permit Holders are responsible for keeping the parks clean by leaving facilites and surrounding grounds fee of litter after their event. A $100 refundable deposit/cleaning fee may be assessed and/or future access to park facilities prohibited or restricted if rental area is not cared for by the user and trash from events taken with them after their activity. Glass is prohibited in parks.
Patrons are required to bring their own trash bags for refuse and take it with you when leaving. Please leave the area better then you found it. Keep your park beautiful!
